If you do wish to return or exchange an item, you must first email us at wendi@scrapbookplayground.com for prior authorization, an authorization code and instructions. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Items must be returned in their original packaging. They must be unopened and in unused, sellable condition. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items, or you may choose to receive a store credit for the full amount (minus the original shipping charges). If after receiving and using your product it becomes defective, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to contact us for return instructions.
